Dual Enrollment

The dual enrollment program offers students the opportunity to take college-level courses while receiving high school credit for the same course.  Dothan High School offers Dual Enrollment through Wallace College, Enterprise State Community College, and Alabama Aviation College.

If you are interested in taking Automotive or Computer Technician Dual Enrollment classes, please fill out the Wallace Community College Statement of Eligibility below.  If you are interested in taking the Aviation Maintenance Dual Enrollment classes, please fill out the Enterprise State Community College Statement of Eligibility below.  The form must be turned in to Mrs. Peluso and the application for these colleges must be completed by March 5, 2021.

The Dual Enrollment application process is transitioning to an online process.  This will be much more efficient, as fewer hands will handle the overall approval process.  To begin, all students who wish to enroll in the Dual Enrollment program must complete the Statement of Eligibility form below.  The completed form must be turned in to the student's guidance counselor at Dothan High.  The guidance counselors will meet with students who have turned in Statement of Eligibility forms and give them instructions on completing the remaining steps to register for dual enrollment classes.
