2021-2022 Carver Application Process
Grades 3 – 6
Any student currently enrolled in the Dothan City School System may apply for admission to Carver School for Mathematics, Science, and Technology. Please read the following information and complete the application in full.
Students must be currently enrolled in Dothan City Schools.
Students must score in the 75th percentile or above on the Scantron Test or Above Mean on the MAP Growth Test to receive an invitation to attend Carver.
Services are provided to those students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) who meet the requirements.
Language accommodations will be given to students whose primary language is not English who meet the requirements.
***Transportation services are not provided for students attending the Carver School.***
Carver MST will be relocating to the old Cloverdale School for the 21-22 school year.
Application Period: February 10, 2021, through February 26, 2021.
Application Deadline is Feb. 26th at 3:00 pm.

Seats will be offered at every grade level as space permits. In the event there are more applicants than available seats, students will remain on a waiting list.
Requirements to Remain
At the end of the academic year, the student must maintain at least a “C” average in each subject.
The Carver School for Mathematics, Science, and Technology will follow the Dothan City Schools Code of Conduct.
