If you are looking for a job in education, Dothan City Schools may be the perfect place for you to get your career started. The school district will hold a Job Fair on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 3:30pm-5:30pm at the Dothan City Schools Central Office. The event provides anyone with an interest in education to learn about opportunities available through the district. Principals and certification specialists will be on hand to answer questions and discuss opportunities at schools across the district.

Dothan City Schools is committed to delivering quality education for all students. Dothan City Schools offers the highest pay in the region. Certified teachers interested in joining DCS are encouraged to attend. Also, hiring personnel and principals will explain pathways for those individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree and are interested in the teaching profession. Certificate pathway options are available through guidelines established by the Alabama State Department of Education.
